Missoula City Fire Takes Down House With Controlled Burn

Missoula City Fire conducted a controlled burn at 1840 S. 11th St. W. this afternoon. Fire personnel say the owner of the property plans on building a new structure and donated the older home to give them the opportunity to use it as a training exercise. Neighbors and passersby stopped to watch the fire consume the house and garage.
