Toole County Sheriffs Investigating Shelby Shooting
SHELBY, Mont. (AP) — A 27-year-old Shelby man was shot in the chest and another man was arrested on suspicion of felony assault with a weapon.
The Toole County sheriff's office tells KSEN-AM radio in Shelby (http://bit.ly/1dGdCLO ) that the victim was shot at about 10:15 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to the hospital in Shelby and then flown to Great Falls. The sheriff's office has not released his name.
Deputies arrested 25-year-old Scott Allen Seymour. A court appearance has not been scheduled.
Officers continue to investigate the shooting.
