On Tuesday, the Montana Public Service Commission voted 5 – 0 to deny a request by the city of Missoula to stop the transfer of management of Mountain Water company from Park Water to Liberty Utilities.
Missoula may be trying to condemn Mountain Water Company, but testimony in court today was mostly about how well the city runs the things it is already responsible for.
During a city council meeting today, September 17, attorneys from the law firm Boone-Karlburg presented some of their findings concerning the relationship with the Montana Public Service Commission and Mountain Water.
