Studying Natural Resource Development

One Montana Senator is hoping a system of financial rewards and other incentives will help encourage innovation in the use and development of the State's natural resources. The Senate has approved Senator Jason Priest's request for a committee to study such a plan before the Legislature meets again in 20-13. He says the State Government can do a lot to encourage technological innovation.

The resolution would direct the Legislative Council to investigate such a plan.
