Both Democratic candidate for governor Steve Bullock and Republican challenger Rick Hill will be in Missoula today, October 23, to square off on economic issues.

The forum is a part of the Montana Lodging and Hospitality Association’s annual tourism conference running Oct. 22-24 and is hosted by The Montana Lodging and Hospitality Association, the Missoula Downtown Association, Destination Missoula and Voices of Montana Tourism.

According to Voices of Montana Tourism spokesperson Mary Paoli the panelists will "as questions related to the tourism energy, the lodging tax, and other main street business issues."

The event begins at 12:30 Tuesday October 23 and will run until 1:30. The forum willl take place at the Missoula Hilton Garden Inn and convention center.
