Rehberg’s Statement On Supreme Court Decision [AUDIO]

The Supreme Court announced, today,  its decision to hear the case against the constitutionality of President Obama’s health care law. Congressman Denny Rehgerg says the law’s mandate to buy insurance is not popular with Montanans and may very well be found unconstitutional.

The court said it will decide whether the Affordable Care Act exceeded Congress’s power by requiring almost all Americans to have health insurance by 2014 or pay a penalty.
