Registration Violation Cost Contractor $40,000.00

A registered contractor with the State, John Mulinski  and his company Sunrise Quality Construction have been fined by the Department of Labor and Industry. The violations cost consumers who gave Mulilnski deposits and were left with no recourse when he failed to finish roofing jobs he contracted and took deposits for. Mulinski did not provide a proper address for his company. Communications Director Casey Kyler-West tells us this is the largest fine levied against a contractor in the state.
