Missoula Man Charged With Burglarizing His Own Mother’s Home And Beating His Disabled Brother
35 year-old Wesley Rich was charged Friday afternoon with burglary after breaking into his mother’s home on Wednesday night and assaulting his 18 year-old brother who suffers from cerebral palsy. Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Travis Welsh has more details.
Rich was placed on $2000 bail. The burglary charge is a felony and carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison and a maximum $50,000 fine.
