House Bill 205

House Bill 205 would require Candidates for Congress or for president to file affidavits with the Montana Secretary of State, proving their eligibility.  Bill sponsor Bob Wagner explains its importance.

 The most notable requirement of Wagner’s bill is the filing of a valid copy of the birth certificate of each Presidential Candidate.
