Hal Fraser Remembered

Missoula lost a beloved member of our community on Monday. Hal Fraser passed away at his home. Scott Burke, President of First Security Bank where Fraser spent many years, says Fraser was more than a colleague, he was a friend and so involved in the community.

 Burke recounted just some of the awards heaped on Fraser from a grateful community.
