Long time hunting rights champion, Jim Posewitz, with "Orion-the Hunter's Institute", says action to reduce protection of pristine public lands is an attack on hunters.

Ed Gulick, with High Plains Architects, argues that the State's environmental laws, such as the renewable energy standard, have created businesses and jobs, and he thinks there is much more for the state to do, especially with policies to promote energy efficiency in public buildings and homes.

Environmental laws have been targeted by legislators who say they inhibit business and development.
