COVID-19 Weekly Update: Montana Adds 593 Cases, Four New Deaths

Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 329,977 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 593 new confirmed cases. There are currently 768 active cases in the state.

According to the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services, 1,664,390 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 573,707 Montanans are fully immunized.

In Missoula, 234,835 doses have been administered and 78,607 people are fully immunized. 65% of Missoula's eligible population are fully vaccinated, which is tied for the most in the state. You can find the current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department right here.

The state COVID-19-related death toll increased from 3,652 on March 3, 2023, to 3,656 on March 10, 2023, according to state health officials.
