COVID-19 Weekly Update: Montana Adds 340 Cases, Three New Deaths

Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 333,229 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 340 new confirmed cases. There are currently 406 active cases in the state.

According to the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services, 1,669,118 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 574,473 Montanans are fully immunized.

In Missoula, 235,631 doses have been administered and 78,702 people are fully immunized. 65% of Missoula's eligible population are fully vaccinated, which is tied for the most in the state. You can find the current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department right here.

The state COVID-19-related death toll increased from 3,705 on April 14, 2023, to 3,708 on April 21, 2023, according to state health officials.
