COVID-19 Update: Montana Adds 117 New Cases, Two More Deaths

As of Tuesday morning, Montana has confirmed 274,265 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 117 new confirmed cases. There are currently 556 active cases in the state.

According to the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services, 1,457,740 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 563,445 Montanans are fully immunized.

In Missoula, 202,362 doses have been administered and 77,077 people are fully immunized. 67% of Missoula's eligible population are fully vaccinated, which is now the most in the state. You can find the current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department right here.

According to state statistics, 270,334 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 26 people are currently hospitalized.

The number of tests increased by 1,815 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 2,783,197.

The state COVID-19 related death toll increased from 3,373 on Monday to 3,375 on Tuesday, according to state health officials.
