Western Montana’s heritage of mining continues to be cleaned up after. The Montana Department of Environmental Quality will conduct a public meeting Monday at 6pm at the Drummond School Community Library. The meeting will present information and receive public comment on the forest rose mine reclamation project, in granite county. Cleanup is expected to cost millions of dollars.
