Breast Cancer Awareness Month [AUDIO]

For more than 20 years, the observation of National Breast Cancer Awareness month each October has provided a time to raise awareness about  breast cancer. Dr. Patrick Maguire says next to non melanoma skin cancer breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. My interview with Dr. Maguire is attached  below.

The best way to find breast cancer early is with a mammogram. Dr. Maguire suggests that woman 40  years or older should have a  screening mammogram every two years.
