Higgins Avenue will be closed to vehicles from 10am-4pm this  Sunday for Sunday Streets Missoula. The event highlights  Missoula as a bikeable and walkable community by encouraging citizens to experience Higgins Avenue as a traffic-free community gathering place. Promoting healthy activity, people-powered transportation, public space, and local business,  In June, over 6,000 people trekked down to Higgins at the event.

This is a FREE community event providing a venue for fun, spontaneous, on-street activities, shopping and dining in Downtown Missoula. Over 60 businesses and organizations will be presenting events and activities on Higgins, down 4th St., and into Toole Park throughout the day.
