It only took two hours for an unknown woman in Missoula to purchase over $10,000 in merchandise using stolen credit and debit cards.

Missoula County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Brenda Bassett said the woman visited several stores and purchased big-ticket items.

“The suspect is described as being a 25-30 year-old, Asian-American female, with long black hair,” Bassett said. “She was also seen wearing a black Nike baseball hat, black pants, and a grey long sleeve shirt. She's believed to be traveling in a newer, dark colored, possibly gray, Chevy Tahoe.”

Bassett said the woman purchased items at Simply Mac and White House Black Market in Southgate Mall, Best Buy, Target, and Walgreens.

“The Suspect purchased several Visa Gift Cards, three MacBook Pros, two Ipads, and miscellaneous makeup items. The total loss is $10,188.00,” she said.
