Why Hasn’t Rob Natelson Been Awarded Professor Emeritus Status By The UM Law School?

On the Tuesday Talkback program, a caller questioned why guest Rob Natelson, former UM Law School professor, was denied Professor Emeritus status. Natelson was on the Law School faculty for over 20 years, and was published numerous times. I contacted UM Executive Vice President Jim Foley about the issue. That interview is attached.

Natelson is now Senior Fellow with the Independence Institute in Golden, Colorado and is also affiliated with the Montana Policy Institute. He appears on the Talkback program on the first Tuesday of every month.
