MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — Heavy snow that fell in western Montana led to the closure of several schools on Tuesday.

In Lake County, classes were canceled in Polson and Charlo and at the Salish and Kootenai College in Pablo. Ronan schools are open, but two bus routes were canceled and others were running late.

Schools in St. Regis and West Glacier are also closed due to the weather while Frenchtown schools were closed Tuesday so a boiler could be repaired.
