This weekend's State Class B-C softball tournament has been moved from Glasgow to Great Falls.

Montana High School Association executive director Mark Beckman said the reason for the move was the current level of saturation on the Glasgow fields and the weather forecast for the next four days.

"Glasgow athletic director Willie Thibault, principal Marj Markle and the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce representatives have agreed that it is in the best interest of the players, coaches and fans to relocate," said Beckman in a press release.

The tournament will be played on two fields at the Great Falls Multi-Sport Complex. Thibault will continue as the tournament manager.

The State AA tournament will be played at Stewart Park in Billings and the State A tournament will be played in Miles City. All three tournaments are Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
