Missoula Mavericks Host State American Legion Baseball Tournament

Yesterday, I listed the opening-round matchups at the Class AA American Legion Baseball State Tournament in Butte. Today, I'll tackle the Class A State Tournament, which may prove to be more intriguing and close than the AA Tourney.

Beginning on Wednesday, the Class AA Missoula Mavericks will attempt to repeat their state championship from a season ago.

Four more state softball games took place since our last post.

The Class AA, A and B-C State Softball Tournaments began today.  Here are the final scores from the early action.

This weekend's State Class B-C softball tournament has been moved from Glasgow to Great Falls.
