One of the major headlines worldwide right now is the topic of 'food scurity'. The United Nations says food prices are skyrocketing, but here in Western Montana, we aren't seeing the dramatic increases many parts of the world are experiencing. I spoke with Josh Slotnick with Garden City Harvest on Monday afternoon about the issue, and how to save money on food for your family locally. That interview is attached.

Slotnick says to really save money, don't eat out so much, but rather, prepare your food at home. It costs much less, and gets the family together at the same time.
