Through the Generations – Family Medicine 101 is a Must Listen on Health Talk

vvcc   This morning, we welcomed Dr. David Lechner, the Chief Medical Officer of Community Medical Center and President of the Community Physician Group.  Dr. Lechner discussed the Continuum of Integrated Care Delivery Model - focusing on how teams of social workers, physicians and pharmacists work in concert with one another as part of the Primary Care Facility.  Dr. Lechner discuses how this benefits Missoula's aging population, and how families with aging parents can benefit from the Primary Care Facility.  The phones are open and callers ask insightful questions related to managed health care, healthcare treatment and costs, etc.  Lots of good information on today's show.
