The Homeless As Prey

Two homeless men have been killed in Missoula they are Forest Salcido and Tony Balmariz. Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg says although these cases are extreme the homeless have become prey. 

Missoula has launched an initiative to get the homeless into permanent housing.
