27 year-old Jonathan Whitworth, who is currently in the Missoula County Jail charged with two meth-related murders, was charged in Justice Court on Wednesday for punching another inmate.
There were 11 criminal complaints filed this week, several of which were domestic violence. The Preston Rossbach trial also ended this week with a guilty verdict.
The omnibus hearing for accused motel murder suspect 27 year-old Jonathan Whitworth has been postponed until November 6, according to Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jordan Kilby.
After further investigation in the double homicide that occurred at a Missoula Motel in October, the Missoula County Attorney’s Office has revised the charges against the two defendants, Jonathan Whitmore and Preston Rossbach.
