Spring Time, Screen Time And Childhood Obesity

Childhood obesity has reached epidemic proportions in this country. Obesity has been proven to be responsible, for an increase in diabetes, heart disease and joint problems. It has been discovered that children in great numbers have also lost the ability to be creative at play. The biggest challenge has been the availability of technology. Missoula City-County Health Department Spokeswoman Mary McCourt  explains how big a problem technology has become.

 McCourt suggests keeping screens out of bedrooms and away from family meals.
