Visitors to the Lochsa River near the Montana-Idaho border say several large industrial rolls of toilet paper are sitting in the water. I spoke with Idaho State Patrol Lieutenant Allan Oswald about the accident, and he compared the large number of accidents involving passenger cars, small trucks and even semi-trucks that send debris into the river, as compared to zero spills involving the mega-loads hauling oil equipment.

Lt. Oswald says the mega-loads have clipped one power line, which was quickly repaired by the company.
