Shortly after the Columbine tragedy, Darrell Scott the father of  Rachel Scott, the first victim of the Columbine High School tragedy in 1999, founded Rachel’s Challenge to eliminate prejudice . Randall Kohn, a representative of  Rachel’s Challenge will be  speaking  to area students, parents and community leaders at C.S Porter Middle School this Thursday.  7th and 8th grade teacher Liz Lombardi says the purpose of Rachel's  Challenge is to get students to treat others with kindness and compassion. Through the experience, students will learn how they can reduce bullying and violence in their school and community . There will be a presentation open to the public Thursday evening at 7:00 at at C.S Porter Middle School
