New York Times References KGVO’s Grizzly Bear Death Story
The 'newspaper of record', the New York Times referenced a story on KGVO's website this week about the California woman who was killed by a grizzly bear early Tuesday morning near Ovando.
KGVO's interview with Powell County Sheriff Gavin Roselles was seen by thousands of New York Times readers.
The Times story also looked at the many bear vs human encounters that have occurred in Montana over the past several years.
