“When they arrived, they located the male in an alley behind that address,” Welsh said. “Officer identified him as 29-year-old Matthew Dipinto. The officers discovered that Mr. Dipinto had several warrants out for his arrest and took him into custody. While at the scene, they discovered that he was also in possession of a white crystalline substance that was later determined to be methamphetamine.”

According to the jail, this is the second or subsequent time Mr. Dipinto has been arrested for possessing methamphetamine.
