Motivation Questioned

House Bill 516 has moved on to the Senate. Missoula city councilor Stacy Rye, co-sponsor of Missoula’s Anti- Discrimination Act, questions the motivation of those in Montana’s House of Representatives that would repeal a local ordinance.

 The ordinance has survived several court challenges.
