Montana has been under a temporary ban on e-cigarettes since December, a move that has been a controversial one, especially among owners of vape shops who depend on the business. The ban was supposed to be lifted today, February 21st - but instead, it's been extended by two months. Now the ban is set to end in April.

The reason? Legal stuff, pretty much. A Montana judge lifted an injunction and that pushed the time frame back. This is coming after months of stories about a potential federal ban on e-cigarettes and a few reported deaths related to vaping, so we'll see what happens from here - I wouldn't be surprised if this ban gets pushed even further.

Do you agree with this ban on e-cigarettes, or do you think it should end?
