The officer made contact with Doe in the office. The officer noted that Doe did not have a shirt on and was wearing only a sports bra. The officer also observed a clump of Doe’s hair hanging from her leg. The officer also observed a large reddening mark near Doe’s left elbow. Doe reported that was where Hall had grabbed her.
Doe reported that Hall had been visiting her and had gotten very intoxicated. Doe stated that Hall began urinating on her living room floor, and when she went to check on him, he began swinging at her. Doe informed the officer that Hall grabbed her by her hair and by her arm, holding her as he picked up a nearby flashlight. Doe ran to the office and requested that they call 911.
