Missing/Endangered Person

Police are looking for Timothy Robert Francis. He has been missing since Thursday and has not taken his blood pressure or diabetes medication for over 24 hours.  He was last seen traveling on foot without proper clothing for cold conditions. He has no money or food and has cognitive disability and difficulty speaking. He disappeared from home after a marital spat and was last seen wearing a black vest, blue jeans, and white sneakers. He is missing most of his teeth, has a mustache, thinning mullet style hair and no tattoos.
