Middle Schoolers Get Moving with Michelle Obama

Schools across the country are participating with First Lady Michelle Obama to get middle school students moving during their lunch hours. PE teacher Cathy Fisher at Missoula’s Meadow Hill school describes the program at her school. My interview with Ms. Fisher is attached.

Fisher says middle-schoolers spend an average of 37 hours a week on ‘screen-time’…with computers, cell phones and video games, and keeping them physically active is a challenge.
