The bill to repeal the Medical Marijuana Initiative has passed both houses of the Montana Legislature, and will face either approval from the Governor, or a veto…a decision we expect sometime this week. Another bill, a compromise being worked out in committee, faces an uncertain future. I spoke with State Senator Rowlie Hutton Monday afternoon, the man representing Hill and Blaine counties, who is responsible for bringing the repeal bill to the Senate. The entire interview is attached..please pay close attention to Hutton’s final comments.

It is unclear what will happen with the Medical Marijuana issue if the Governor vetoes the repeal legislation.
