80% of the people in the USA with celiac are currently undiagnosed

Estimates are that at least 6-8% of the population may have gluten sensitivity

Symptoms of these conditions can vary widely, but include chronic fatigue and irritable bowel

Everyone with chronic IBS symptoms or unexplained anemia should be screened for celiac
