Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony at Rose Park

A beautiful Tuesday evening greeted a gathering of Western Montana Law Enforcement Personnel as they along with the public commemorated the 2011 Law Enforcement Memorial ceremony at Rose Park. Police Chief Mark Muir outlined the award recipients from his department, while County Sheriff Carl Ibsen details the awardees from the Sheriff’s Department and the Missoula County Detention Center. At the close of the ceremony, honors were given to the officers and families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, including the late Sergeant Bob Heinle.
