Lack of Child Restraint in Vehicles Now a Primary Offense

The Governor signed SB 319 at a ceremony at noon today in Helena thus returning Montana's Child Restraint Law to primary enforcement.  This means that it is a primary traffic offense if children under 6 years of age and 60 pounds or less are not properly restrained in a motor vehicle.
