12 Stores That Should Come to Missoula Mall

News broke over the weekend that another store will be closing in Southgate Mall.

NBC Montana reported that Eddie Bauer will be closing on January 29 citing an email that was sent to customers. They also point out that other Eddie Bauer stores in the region will remain open, and online shopping is an option.

This most recent announcement is a reminder that there have been a lot of changes at the Southgate Mall over the past year, both stores that closed and stores that announced openings or opened.

Stores That Opened or Announced Openings

Given the changes, and the number of stores that have opened, we asked our audience which stores they'd like to see in the Southgate Mall. Some suggestions included:

another dining option on the outside of the mall like the Mustard Seed, but with a menu that has a variety of food options rather than being specialized
stores that used to be in the mall that people want to bring back
stores for men

Another option would be to see more expansions to the mall of businesses that are already local to Missoula and Montana.
