New Hi-Fi Bar Could Become Missoula’s Coolest Music Hangout
While exploring downtown Missoula recently with some relatives who were in town visiting, we decided to show them the historic Florence Building.
Exciting New Ventures: Shapes Hi-Fi Bar
When we stopped inside for a cold drink, we noticed something new. The former Second Set Bistro space is getting ready to welcome a new business called Shapes Hi-Fi Bar.
What immediately caught my attention was the sign in the window. It mentioned music, drinks, and vinyl and described itself as a hi-fi bar.
Anticipating More: The Shapes Hi-Fi Experience
As someone who loves music, I thought that sounded like exactly the kind of place Missoula has been waiting for. Hi-fi bars are known for their music listening experience, according to L'Officiel.
At this point, there aren't a lot of details available. Shapes has launched social media pages and a website where people can sign up for a newsletter, but that's about it.
I reached out to the owners to learn more about what people can expect and to see if they have an opening date in mind. As of now, I haven't heard back, so this is about all we know.
Hopefully, we'll be hearing more soon because, based on those first impressions alone, this looks like it could become one of Missoula's more unique spots to grab a drink, listen to some great music, and maybe even spin a little vinyl.
