Where is the Farviews-Pattee Canyon Neighborhood?

The Farviews-Pattee Canyon Neighborhood is located in the South Hills of Missoula. Its northern boundary runs along South West Higgins Avenue, the southern boundary runs up Dean Stone Mountain, the eastern boundary is Mount Sentinel, and the western boundary is Hillview Way.

Who Lives in the Farviews-Pattee Canyon Neighborhood?

The biggest age demographic in the Farviews-Pattee Canyon neighborhood is people between the ages 25-44 years old. This neighborhood has grown at the same rate as the rest of the city with a 10% increase between 2010-2022. There are more homeowners in this neighborhood with 60% of homes owned, than the homeownership of Missoula which is 47%. The median household income is also higher--at $74,843--than the Missoula median household income at $54,820. The neighborhood can also boast a 100% high school diploma or higher rate of education. Key Features of the Farviews-Pattee Canyon Neighborhood: Mount Sentinel Trail

The Farviews-Pattee Canyon neighborhood is connected to two mountains, both Dean Stone and Mount Sentinel with 240 acres of open space, and 26% of the area is open to the public. There are multiple parks, Ninkpata, Tioratis, High Park and Whitaker Park. There is also the Highlands Golf Course and some stunning views of the Missoula Valley.
