House Bill 205

Montana State Representative Bob Wagner is sponsoring a bill that would require Presidential Candidates to provide a copy of their birth certificate. Wagner says Candidates should meet the requirements set forth in the United States Constitution.

 The hearing on house bill 205 is set for Wednesday.
