This Sunday Higgins Avenue will be closed to cars and open for good old fashioned fun. Higgins Avenue, from the X’s to 5th street and down to 4thstreet to Toole Park will be closed from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m  for  a car free environment. The purpose is to find out just how much fun you  can have on a street completely open for biking and walking. Sunday Streets Missoula is a Free community  event where over 60 businesses and organizations will be presenting events and activities for the day. Program Assistant for Missoula In Motion, Ben Weiss, describes some of the fun planned for the day.
