Grizzlies’ Craig Honored For Second Time In Three Weeks

University of Montana junior Erin Craig was named the Big Sky Conference Offensive Player of the Week by the league office Tuesday.

It was the second player of the week honor this season for Craig, who was recognized for her two-match performance last weekend at the Governor’s Cup in Moscow, Idaho.

Craig scored all four of Montana’s goals as the Grizzlies split their matches against Boise State and Idaho.

Her six goals through four matches this season lead the Big Sky Conference.

Montana will play at home for the first time this season when the Grizzlies host North Dakota State Friday at 5 p.m. at South Campus Stadium as part of the Nike Montana Cup.
