Yellowstone National Park's draft environmental impact statement for a new winter-use plan, released earlier this month, is open for public review, and comment, through July 18th.  The agency had been looking into several options, ranging from 720 snowmobiles a day to an outright ban as it wrestles with the long-running disagreement between environmentalists and snowmobile enthusiasts.
