Federal Judge Says He Sent Racist Obama Email

Montana's chief federal judge says he forwarded an email that he admits contained a racist joke about President Barack Obama.

But Judge Richard Cebull says he sent the message because he dislikes the president, not because he is a racist.

The Great Falls Tribune reports that Cebull, of Billings, forwarded the email from his chambers on Feb. 20 to six other people.

Cebull was nominated by former President George W. Bush and received his commission in 2001.
