The headline in the Monday morning on-line news site Drudge Report read… ‘USA Hits Debt Ceiling, Treasury Raids Pensions’! An inflammatory headline to say the least, so I called our ‘Talkback Local Expert’ when it comes to finances, CPA Walt Kero with the accounting firm of JCCS for an explanation.
