36 year-old Daniel Rogers pleaded guilty today in Missoula Justice Court to vehicular homicide while under the influence in the death of 32 year-old David Mishock on October 26th 2010. Senior Deputy County Attorney Patricia Bower says Rogers’ blood alcohol level was 0.203, more than twice the legal limit when he crashed his car at the corner of Orange and Stephens at Sacajawea Park. Bower says the car crashed into the Sacajawea Park sign, breaking the windshield and striking Mishock in the head. Mishock was declared dead after being transported to St. Patrick Hospital. Bower says the victim’s family had a hand in proposing Rogers’ sentence..

Rogers will be sentenced on June 23rd.
